The project began as a single-category tool but quickly evolved into a scalable solution that was implemented across multiple product categories and later pitched to new clients by Cheil. The brief for the upsell tool was to create something more engaging than a standard comparison table, guiding users toward higher-end products without feeling overtly sales-driven.
Over multiple iterations, I collaborated closely with the UX team to design a seamless, intuitive experience. We focused on understanding user behavior, refining interactions, and ensuring each step of the journey felt natural while subtly encouraging consideration of premium options.
My role extended beyond design execution - I led client presentations, clearly communicating the design rationale, demonstrating the evolving prototypes, and showing how the tool balanced business goals with user needs. This approach helped build client confidence and buy-in throughout the project.
