I was deeply involved in this large-scale UX/UI project from the discovery stage all the way through to delivery, giving me the opportunity to contribute across the full design lifecycle. From initial research and definition, I helped shape the project’s direction, moving into look and feel exploration, site mapping, wireframing, and final visual design.

A key challenge - and opportunity - was working with a brand-new design system implemented by Boehringer Ingelheim. This required careful consideration to ensure that every element adhered to the system while still meeting user needs and project goals.

The site has since undergone continuous optimisation, informed by user testing and analytics, to ensure it is intuitive, accessible, and valuable for both healthcare professionals and patients. Being part of this project allowed me to combine strategic thinking, UX methodology, and visual design, resulting in a platform that is both functional and user-centered.
